All goods sold through this site are sold as 'novelty goods'. The vendor Working Title Design cannot be held responsible for any injury caused by their use.
Working Title Design makes every effort to ensure all information shown is complete and accurate.
Working Title Design assumes no responsibility for any errors or omissions that may occur.
PayPal WorkingTitle will appear as the purchase description on your Credit Card Statement.
Working Title Design reserve the right to refuse sale of any product without the need to give reason.

All prices are in Pounds Sterling and include Value Added Tax (VAT) at the UK rate of 17.5%.
Conditions of Returns:
If you are not happy with a purchase simply return it to us with all unopened packaging and delivery note within 14 days of receipt and we will exchange it for a
replacement or refund the cost of your order in accordance with the following conditions:

In order to qualify for the 14 day money back guarantee:
1. The goods MUST be unused. (We adhere to strict health and hygiene conditions and under no circumstances will we accept used goods due to their nature).
2. The goods must be in their original condition & unopened packaging.
3. Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non refundable and non exchangeable.
4. The goods must be received back within 14 days from the day you received your order.
5. Batteries are not refundable.
Please note: Delivery costs are non refundable.
If the above conditions have not been met or if we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions are not met then we reserve the right to refuse the return and return the goods to you without notice. Any goods that are supplied in sealed packaging that has been opened are non refundable or exchangeable.
Limitation of Liability: We will not be liable to you for any loss of profit, administrative inconvenience, disappointment, or indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of any problem in relation to the products you ordered which was not within our reasonable contemplation as a probable result of a breach of contract on our part at the time that our contract with you was concluded where performance of any obligations to you is prevented, frustrated or impeded by any circumstance or caused beyond our reasonable control.
Severability: If any part of these terms and conditions is found to be unenforceable as a matter of law, the enforceability of any other part of these terms and conditions will not be affected.
Governing Law: These terms and conditions and any contract between us shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English Law and the English Courts shall have jurisdiction over any disputes between us.
Statutory Rights: These terms and conditions are in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer which remain unaffected.
Making Returns:
Products may be returned by post in accordance with the following procedure and within the above terms and conditions:-

Returns by post are made at your risk. We recommend that you use an insured registered mail service as returns not received by us cannot be credited to you.
Refunds will be credited to your payment card. Refunds will not be paid in cash.
We do not accept liability for any returns which get lost in the post.
